SECL Recruitment 2026 Educational & Professional Qualification
1. Mining Sardar-
Educational Qualification: 10th/12th from a recognized Board & Diploma (3 years) in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government
Professional Qualification:
- Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency (Un-Restricted) from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 for both OC & UG Mines
- Valid Gas Testing Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
2. Assistant Foreman
Educational Qualification: 10th/12th from a recognized board
Professional Qualification: 3 Year Diploma Or Higher Qualification in Electrical Engineering from a Government-recognized Institute
3. Deputy Seviuer
Educational Qualification: 10th OR 10th from a recognized Board OR Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mine Surveying Engineering from a recognized Institute
Professional Qualifications: Valid Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Un-Restricted) granted under CMR 2017 or any other mining certificate entitling the applicant to work as a Surveyor in mines as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017

1. Age Limit
